People Partner – gTech Ads

About the role

Google People Operations is looking for a senior People Partner to support the gTech Ads organization. You will partner with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare leaders and teams for organizational change and develop comprehensive people plans.
• Communicate people strategies clearly and implement changes to meet business goals.
• Translate company OKRs into actionable, client‑specific plans and identify gaps.
• Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder strategy execution.
• Support talent selection, development, and drive organizational health improvements through trend analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
• Experience in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Ability to garner consensus from stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
