People Operations Specialist – HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to act as an HR Business Partner, supporting managers and employees on day‑to‑day people matters and strategic initiatives. The role combines hands‑on HR delivery with data‑driven decision making in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on daily HR issues and people initiatives.
• Support talent management processes such as performance reviews, succession planning and employee development.
• Drive employee engagement and culture‑building activities.
• Participate in HR projects, process‑improvement and change‑management initiatives.
• Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and identify trends.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and shared‑services teams to ensure seamless HR delivery.
• Contribute to HR digitisation, automation and emerging AI applications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–10 years of HR experience, including HRBP or generalist responsibilities.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
