People Operations Senior Coordinator

About the role

The People Operations Senior Coordinator will support global employee services by executing end‑to‑end HR transactions from hire to retire. Working from the India GBS site, you will ensure that all processes meet the defined service catalog, SLAs and quality standards while partnering with global markets as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor HR operational processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain the employee database and manage hire‑to‑rehire cycles in Employee Central.
• Deliver services within agreed SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide high‑level customer service and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with offshore and on‑shore teams to meet service commitments.
• Participate in rotational shift schedules when required.

Required profile

• Strong process orientation with proven SLA adherence.
• Good understanding of HR operations, data management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis.

Required skills

• SAP (experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus).
