People & Culture Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The People & Culture Manager partners with the Director of People & Culture to shape and execute the hotel’s people strategy. You will create a positive, high‑performing environment that reflects the brand’s luxury standards and supports employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for associates and department leaders.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and welfare initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reporting.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR administration processes.
• Coordinate payroll, support internal/external audits, and ensure compliance with statutory and labor regulations.
• Prepare HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and key metrics for senior leadership.
• Provide insights and recommendations to influence people‑related decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, talent management, and hospitality culture.
