People & Culture Manager

About the role

The People & Culture Manager will lead the recruitment, talent development and employee experience functions for Raffles Jaipur, ensuring that HR practices align with both local legislation and the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an effective recruitment process to attract top talent while managing remuneration responsibly.
• Ensure HR procedures comply with legislative requirements and company policies across all sub‑functions.
• Develop and implement modern recruitment methods and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor the HR team to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist the Director of Talent & Culture in creating annual and long‑term talent plans aligned with the overall strategic plan.
• Identify HR strategies that support a progressive work culture, recruitment, development and retention.
• Foster Raffles values and brand personality in everyday employee interactions.
• Maintain accurate employee records, legal documents, policies and generate periodic HR reports.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR legislation.
• Ability to design and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Experience coaching teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Proactive attitude to raise matters affecting the organization to senior management.
• Capability to collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
