People Analytics Specialist

About the role

The People Analytics Specialist will develop HR Services KPIs in an automated tool, support reporting operations with standards, and ensure data protection and backend standards are followed by service and BI teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop HR KPIs for service monitoring, charging models, service transparency, and backend maintenance.
• Act as an advanced front‑end and back‑end developer, assessing dashboard utilization and KPI analysis year‑on‑year.
• Translate metrics and data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and drive standardization across HR Services in the Americas.
• Implement best‑practice solutions in collaboration with HR Service Teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Administration, Communications, Psychology or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery teams with a track record of continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills in reporting, dashboard creation, and backend automation.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

• PowerBI or Visier (or similar front‑end reporting tools)
• SQL development
• Azure and Databricks knowledge
