People Analytics – Power BI & Data Analytics Expert

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled People Analytics professional with deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, Python and dashboard development. The role involves analysing complex data sets, generating actionable insights and supporting strategic decision‑making through advanced modelling, simulations and what‑if analyses. Strong communication and stakeholder‑facing abilities are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, publish and maintain end‑to‑end Power BI dashboards with optimized data models and intuitive visual storytelling.
• Create advanced DAX measures, build robust semantic models and ensure high performance and data consistency.
• Implement role‑based views, drill‑downs and dynamic visualisations for executive decision‑making.
• Automate data ingestion, cleaning, transformation and analytical workflows using Python and Excel.
• Interpret analytical output and translate it into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Conduct deep data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies and business drivers.
• Perform hypothesis testing, build simulation models and execute what‑if analyses to evaluate future scenarios.
• Develop predictive or scenario‑based dashboards that enable proactive planning and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to refine requirements and design relevant analytical solutions.
• Communicate complex data insights in a concise, compelling format to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on proficiency with Power BI, DAX and data modelling.
• Experience automating data workflows and performing analytics using BI tools, Excel and Python.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret results and convert them into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
