About the role
Infosys BPM is conducting a walk‑in drive for a Payment Fraud Analyst‑III position in Bangalore. The role focuses on risk analysis, fraud detection and team training within the Payments domain.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver process training activities, including new‑hire onboarding, refresher sessions and cross‑skilling.
- Cascade critical information, raise escalations and support the team’s SLA performance.
- Facilitate testing of new GP products or systems and conduct random quality checks on analyst output.
- Review and document errors, create case briefs and quality finding reports.
- Maintain up‑to‑date SOPs and ensure they are communicated to the team.
- Assist the Team Lead in monitoring daily queues and preparing weekly management information.
- Handle merchant escalations and support worldwide risk‑team projects.
- Recommend enhancements to the Risknet platform and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Graduate (any discipline) with 6‑10 years of experience in risk and fraud monitoring.
- Minimum 6 years in a similar department, preferably with SME (Level 2 analyst) experience.
- Mandatory international exposure.
- Immediate to 15‑day notice period.
- Flexibility to work any shift.
