Patient Coordinator – Administrative Support (Remote, India)

About the role

Medicum’s Patient Assistance Program helps Canadian patients obtain medications and navigate insurance processes. We are looking for a remote Patient Coordinator – Administrative Support based in India to assist our Canadian team in managing patient files, coordinating follow‑ups and ensuring high‑quality program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient follow‑ups and support case progression.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records.
• Identify and escalate potential adverse events to the Pharmacovigilance team.
• Support scheduling, tracking and other administrative coordination tasks.
• Communicate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain quality standards and meet program timelines.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology.
• Experience in coordination, administrative or healthcare support roles.
• Comfortable working in a patient‑focused environment.
