Part-time Indonesian Language Teacher – Kota Sabang

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Indonesian language teacher to join Ruangguru’s Akademia platform in Kota Sabang. You will deliver engaging lessons to learners of various ages, support their academic progress, and collaborate with our education team.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Bahasa Indonesia to students in classroom settings across different education levels.
• Provide coaching sessions, act as a buddy and role model for fellow Master Teachers.
• Consult with students and parents together with Student Advisors to recommend suitable learning pathways and maintain engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics to help students overcome academic challenges.
• Participate in trial classes and share best practices with regional teams.
• Meet the minimum required number of teaching and trial sessions.
• Develop learning materials and assignments aligned with the curriculum.
• Maintain good relationships with branch staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Experience teaching very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive, willing to try new teaching methods.
• Available to teach at the selected Ruangguru English Academy branch.
