About the role

New Balance is offering a one‑year paid internship in its Marketing department in Spain. The role is designed for young talent eager to gain hands‑on experience in a leading sports‑wear multinational.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team with event orders, agency and promoter coordination.
• Handle administrative tasks and monitor budgetary follow‑up.
• Track logistical incidents and manage corporate document flow.
• Collect and analyse point‑of‑sale actions and visual‑merchandising data.
• Assist in brand, retail and event coordination activities.
• Maintain the product image bank and help organise team travel.

Required profile

• Under 31 years old and holder of a medium or higher vocational qualification, completed within the last three years.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Strong interest in fashion, sport and creative communication.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable working in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
