Paid Marketing Internship for Talented Youth

About the role

New Balance is offering a one‑year paid internship in its Marketing department in Spain. The intern will work directly with the brand team, gaining a comprehensive view of daily activities in a key multinational sports‑wear division.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team in handling orders for events, agencies and promoters.
• Perform administrative tasks and monitor logistical incidents.
• Upload, control and archive corporate documents.
• Track the marketing budget and collect data on point‑of‑sale actions and visual merchandising.
• Assist in coordinating brand, retail and event actions.
• Manage the product image bank.
• Help organise travel arrangements for the team.

Required profile

• Under 31 years of age and eligible for the FEUGA scholarship.
• Holder of a medium or higher vocational training degree, completed within the last three years.
• No prior professional experience.
• Good level of English.
• Strong organisational skills, initiative and teamwork orientation.
• Interest in fashion and sport, with a creative and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
