Packing Team Member – Strip Packing

About the role

We are looking for a Packing Team Member to join our strip‑packing line. The role involves setting up and operating primary packing line machinery, loading materials and ensuring smooth, compliant production in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor primary packing line equipment.
• Perform line clearance and manage changeovers between batches.
• Record batch activities and maintain accurate documentation in line with GMP and GDP.
• Carry out equipment cleaning, lubrication, tightening, inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Support root‑cause analysis (RCA) and corrective‑preventive actions (CAPA) during equipment breakdowns.
• Assist auditors and contribute to regulatory readiness.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures and participate in Kaizen, 5S and lean initiatives.
• Engage in training programs, safety drills and use digital systems such as SOR and OEE dashboards.

Required profile

• Experience working on a packaging or production line in a regulated environment.
• Understanding of GMP, GDP and occupational safety standards.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain precise records.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and teamwork.
