Packing Team Member – Strip Packing

About the role

We are looking for a Packing Team Member to work on our strip‑packing line. The role involves setting up and operating packaging equipment while ensuring strict compliance with pharmaceutical quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate primary packing line machinery and load materials for efficient production.
• Perform line clearance and manage changeovers between batches.
• Record batch activities and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory readiness.
• Carry out equipment cleaning, lubrication, tightening, inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Support root‑cause analysis (RCA) and corrective‑preventive actions (CAPA) during equipment breakdowns.
• Co‑operate with internal and external auditors and adhere to GMP, GDP and SOPs.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S and lean projects.
• Engage in training programmes, safety drills and use digital systems (SOR, OEE dashboards) to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Familiarity with GMP, GDP and pharmaceutical safety standards.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain detailed records.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous‑improvement and lean manufacturing activities.
• Readiness to participate in training, safety drills and audit processes.
