About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Bengaluru supports Luxemberg Matthew B MD by ensuring medical supplies are packed accurately and safely. The role is essential to keep the practice’s inventory flowing smoothly and to uphold high standards of hygiene and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Verify items against orders and ensure correct quantities.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for dispatch.
- Organise inventory in storage areas and maintain clean packing stations.
- Report damaged or incorrect items promptly.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Collaborate with logistics and administrative staff to meet delivery timelines.
Required profile
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving packages safely.
- Strong attention to detail for checking quantities and labels.
- Basic organisational and time‑management skills.
- Comfort with following SOPs and safety protocols.
- Effective communication to coordinate with team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior packing or warehousing experience is a plus.
