Packaging Adaptation Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Packaging Adaptation Designer to translate our brand’s visual language into cohesive packaging solutions across a growing portfolio of SKUs. The role focuses on adapting existing design systems, ensuring consistency, and delivering production‑ready artwork for a fast‑moving natural personal‑care brand.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and extend current packaging systems for multiple variants, sizes, and formats.
• Produce and manage production‑ready artwork, layouts, and print files with meticulous attention to detail.
• Create, modify, and maintain dielines and packaging assets.
• Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to verify feasibility and quality.
• Organise packaging files, enforce version control, and uphold brand integrity across all applications.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in packaging design, adaptation, or artwork creation.
• Strong eye for detail, consistency, and precision in visual execution.
• Ability to manage complex packaging portfolios systematically.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and ownership‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in CorelDraw.
• Hands‑on experience with dielines, packaging artwork, and print production processes.
