About the role
The Outreach / Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s student base. By leveraging business development strategies and community outreach, the role ensures sustained enrollment growth and strengthens partnerships across the education ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Drive student enrollment growth through business development and outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, students, and parents.
- Represent the organization at recruitment events, fairs, and community engagements.
- Manage leads and partnerships using CRM tools.
- Achieve enrollment and business development targets.
Required profile
- Experience in business development or outreach focused on education.
- Strong ability to build relationships with educational institutions and community stakeholders.
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills when engaging with schools, students, and parents.
