Outbound Caller – Night Shift (International Process)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Caller to join our international process in Kolkata. The role is full‑time, on‑site and operates during night shifts, focusing on contacting international clients and prospects to promote our multi‑cloud and engineering services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following defined scripts to introduce company services and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments for sales and technical teams.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Handle basic client queries and forward complex issues to appropriate specialists.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine calling strategies.

Required profile

• Strong verbal English communication and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work night shifts in a high‑volume outbound environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good objection handling skills.
• Basic computer literacy and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or communication is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
