OT Cybersecurity Lead (Manager)

About the role

The OT Cybersecurity Lead will head the cybersecurity program for Operational Technology (OT) systems across Adani Group’s power generation and infrastructure assets. This senior role is responsible for safeguarding industrial control systems, ensuring resilience of critical infrastructure, and aligning security initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive OT cybersecurity strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans of OT networks and devices.
• Lead detection, analysis, containment and remediation of OT‑specific security incidents.
• Coordinate incident response planning and recovery procedures for both cyber and physical threats.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, risk management and operations teams to embed security controls into OT environments.
• Engage with external vendors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading OT/ICS security programs for large‑scale industrial or energy assets.
• Strong understanding of the unique risks and requirements of operational technology environments.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
