OT Cybersecurity Architect / Engineer

About the role

Honeywell is seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Architect/Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced security solutions for operational technology environments. You will act as the technical subject‑matter expert, protect critical assets, and drive incident response initiatives across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the OT Cybersecurity business with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and refine cybersecurity strategies for OT systems, aligning with industry best practices and regulations.
• Lead the creation and management of incident response plans for OT environments.
• Provide expert guidance on the deployment of cybersecurity technologies and tools in OT settings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of standards such as IEC‑62443 and ISO‑27000.
• Deliver accurate technical support and solutions to customers.
• Guide the cybersecurity operations team on design and technical correctness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least one Cisco security certification.
• CISSP, GICSP or comparable security certification.
• 10+ years designing or deploying cybersecurity projects.
• 5+ years in networking, endpoint security, and security assessments.
