Organic Growth & Performance Manager – SEO & Content

About the role

We are looking for an Organic Growth & Performance Manager to lead SEO, content marketing and website optimisation initiatives for our North‑American travel brands. The role combines technical SEO, AI‑driven search optimisation and conversion rate improvement to boost organic traffic and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage technical SEO, on‑page optimisation and improve Core Web Vitals.
• Create SEO‑optimised website content, landing pages and oversee content marketing.
• Build backlink acquisition programmes and digital PR initiatives.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console and other SEO tools.
• Recommend and implement conversion optimisation and CRO tactics.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Search Console and SEMrush.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and website performance.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Experience with AI‑search optimisation is a plus.
• Prior work with U.S. travel brands or in the travel sector is preferred.
