Order Management Associate

About the role

You will work on creating quotations and sales orders while collaborating with customers to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create under supervision quotations/opportunities in the ERP system and provide them to customers, handling a limited volume of requests.
• Create and maintain accurate sales orders in the ERP system under supervision, ensuring data integrity.
• Escalate customer requirements that are not being met to the appropriate internal teams.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, e‑mail, and fax, ensuring timely response.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Educational qualifications such as B.Com, B.B.M, B.A, B.Sc, M.Com or MBA.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using SAP (CRM & ERP).
