Oracle HCM Cloud Manager – Advisory Services

About the role

Join PwC's Oracle Services Practice as a Manager and help organisations leverage Oracle enterprise technology to meet digital transformation goals. You will work on finance operations, human capital management, supply chain, reporting, analytics and governance, risk and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Leave Management, Time & Labour, Recruitment, Performance and Learning.
• Conduct business process analysis, define requirements and design solutions that align with client objectives.
• Manage a track or team, overseeing solution design, configuration, testing and go‑live activities.
• Engage directly with clients in workshops, presentations and requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Support proposal preparation and client presentations as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑8 years of functional advisory or consulting experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Participation in at least four full‑cycle HCM implementations.
• In‑depth knowledge of at least three HCM modules listed above.
• Experience leading teams and delivering solution designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• BTech or MBA degree; Oracle certification in relevant modules is a plus.
