Oracle Fusion Technical Associate

About the role

PWC's Oracle Services Practice is seeking an Associate to help clients implement and optimise Oracle Fusion solutions across finance, HR, supply chain, analytics and GRC domains. You will work on end‑to‑end cloud projects, ensuring technical excellence and delivering business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical development for Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS implementations.
• Complete at least two full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
• Design and maintain database structures for Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Develop BI Publisher reports, FBDI/OTBI loads and integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Fusion applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Create and execute test plans to assure solution quality.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in the full SDLC: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay current with emerging Oracle technologies and advise clients on innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a technical developer on Oracle ERP/Fusion projects.
• At least two successful end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database structures and data modelling.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multi‑disciplinary project teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
