Oracle Fusion SCM Manager – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC’s Oracle Services Practice is seeking an experienced manager to lead advisory engagements for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) in Bangalore. The role focuses on helping clients implement, configure and optimise Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle Financials solutions to improve their Procure‑to‑Pay and Order‑to‑Cash processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion SCM, including configuration, roll‑out and post‑go‑live support.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management.
• Analyse client requirements, design functional solutions and ensure alignment with best‑practice business processes.
• Provide advisory services on Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) workflows.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion SCM or Oracle Financials implementation projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of P2P and O2C business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a client‑facing environment and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
