Oracle Fusion Lead Consultant – Contract to Fulfilment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Lead Consultant to drive our Contract‑to‑Fulfilment (C2F) processes. Based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, you will work in a hybrid setting, partnering with Sales, Order Management, Services and Finance to ensure seamless end‑to‑end fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion modules such as Order Management and Projects, including related integrations.
• Troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests and support enhancements across the contract‑to‑fulfilment workflow.
• Translate business requirements from Sales, Services and Finance into functional system solutions.
• Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, focusing on C2F process testing and documentation.
• Maintain and improve process documentation, driving continuous improvement in fulfilment and operational delivery.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud, preferably with Order Management or Project modules.
• Strong understanding of the full Contract‑to‑Fulfilment lifecycle.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Fluency in English.
