Oracle Fusion Finance Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Manager to join its Oracle Services Practice. The role will support clients in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financials modules across finance, tax and reporting functions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Cash Management, Tax).
• Design financial systems and processes in line with industry best practices and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to integrate financial systems with other enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI.
• Work with external vendors and consultants on solution implementation, end‑user training and testing.
• Provide hyper‑care and AMS support post‑go‑live.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant.
• At least two full‑cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory requirements and tax modules.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and a can‑do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
