Oracle Fusion Consultant – Contract to Fulfilment (C2F)

About the role

AVEVA is looking for an Oracle Fusion Consultant to own the Contract‑to‑Fulfilment (C2F) lifecycle across its end‑to‑end fulfilment operations. The role works closely with Sales, Order Management, Services and Finance to ensure contracts are processed, delivered and handed over with high data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion modules such as Order Management, Projects and related integrations.
• Troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests and support enhancements in C2F workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate fulfilment requirements into system solutions.
• Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, focusing on C2F process testing and documentation.
• Maintain and continuously improve process documentation for fulfilment and operational delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud, preferably with Order Management or Project modules.
• Strong understanding of the Contract‑to‑Fulfilment lifecycle, from contract validation to operational handover.
• Experience working with global business stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with change‑management, compliance and integrated Sales‑Services‑Finance processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
