Oracle EPM Cloud & Hyperion Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Oracle EPM Cloud & Hyperion Administrator to join our growing team. The role involves supporting and maintaining Oracle EPM environments for a diverse client base, ensuring high availability and optimal performance across both cloud‑based and on‑premise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and functional support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications (FCCS, EPBCS, Planning, Essbase).
• Monitor application health, performance, and security for both cloud and on‑premise Hyperion platforms.
• Troubleshoot metadata, integration, data load, and business rule issues.
• Execute scheduled maintenance, updates, and patch management during rotating shifts.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement enhancements and customisations.
• Support data integration using Data Management or FDMEE and resolve interface problems with client IT teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures, incidents, and configuration details.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion solutions.
• 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in rotating shift schedules.
• Flexibility to support global coverage and high‑availability services.

• Smart View, EPM Automate, Groovy scripting.
• FDMEE and Oracle Data Management for data integration.
• Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Account Reconciliation (ARCS).
• Narrative Reporting, Financial Reporting Web Studio, Management Reporting.
