OPT Recruiter

About the role

Visys Cloud Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter to strengthen its IT staffing and consulting team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and placing OPT, CPT and STEM‑OPT candidates for US‑based client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit OPT, CPT, and STEM‑OPT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team to place consultants on client engagements.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting OPT/CPT candidates.
• Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and manage negotiations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
• Experience using job portals and other sourcing tools.
