Operator - Trainee

About the role

The Operator – Trainee will work on the production floor, accurately blending flavour and fragrance ingredients according to approved formulations. This hands‑on position combines technical precision with physical tasks such as lifting, moving raw materials and standing for long periods.

Key responsibilities

• Blend ingredients following batch sheets, standard operating procedures and quality standards.
• Dispense, weigh, measure and mix small quantities with high precision.
• Handle raw materials, flavour compounds, packaging and finished goods in line with safety and quality guidelines.
• Assist with material movement, production set‑up, cleaning and other manufacturing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Record production data accurately and report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Support inventory handling and stock management related to production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Organic Chemistry or a related discipline (or a fresh graduate with the right aptitude).
• High level of integrity, reliability and discipline.
• Steady hands and ability to dispense and weigh small quantities without deviation.
• Good odour differentiation skills and tolerance for strong aromas.
• Basic mathematical aptitude for calculations and batch preparation.
• Physically fit to perform routine production tasks.
