About the role

We are looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Wrocław, Poland. The position is full‑time, permanent and offers a competitive hourly wage with various shift premiums.

Key responsibilities

Operate a fork‑lift safely to load, unload and move goods within the warehouse.
Follow all safety regulations and maintain proper documentation of operations.
Work within a three‑shift system (8 hours per shift) and adapt to night, overtime and weekend schedules as required.
Participate in regular equipment checks and report any malfunctions.

Required profile

Male candidates up to 50 years of age.
Minimum 6 months experience operating a forklift.
Valid UDT certification for forklift operation.
Basic knowledge of Polish (A2 level) to understand workplace instructions.

What we offer

Gross salary of 32.27 PLN per hour.
Quarterly bonus up to 10 % of earnings.
Additional premiums: +20 % for night shifts, +50 % for overtime, +100 % for holidays and weekends.
Permanent employment contract (Umowa o pracę) with full‑time benefits.
