Operations Staff (Van Pick‑Up and Delivery)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Staff member to manage van‑based pick‑up and delivery activities. The role involves handling shipments from loading to final delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and timely service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Load shipments onto the van according to the route plan and verify tallies.
• Deliver parcels to the correct customers, capturing proof of delivery (POD), proof of freight (POF), and cash‑on‑delivery (COD) as required.
• Maintain accurate status codes for undelivered items and hand over COD/POF to the supervisor on the same day.
• Follow appointment delivery processes and adhere to company dress code and customer‑centric approach.
• Execute pickups per SOP, meeting cut‑off times, completing airwaybill documentation, and verifying package condition.
• Collect required regulatory paperwork and ensure pickup sheets are correctly filled.
• Report undelivered shipments to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good physical stamina for loading, unloading, and driving a van.
• Customer‑focused attitude with professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling airwaybills and delivery documentation.
• Basic knowledge of regulatory paperwork related to shipments.
