Operations Staff – Service Centre & Hub

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Staff member to support day‑to‑day activities in our Service Centres, Hubs, Processing Units and Warehouses. The role ensures efficient handling, processing and movement of shipments across the Blue Dart network while maintaining safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan, bag, tag, load and unload shipments according to operational procedures.
• Perform data entry and shipment reconciliation to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and service commitments during all handling activities.
• Support inbound and outbound shift operations as required.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Willingness to work shift patterns, including inbound or outbound shift responsibilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic computer literacy for data entry and scanning systems.
