Operations Staff – Logistics & Transport

About the role

The Operations Staff supports day‑to‑day activities in Blue Dart service centres, hubs and warehouses, ensuring shipments are handled, processed and moved efficiently across the network. This frontline role is key to maintaining accuracy, productivity and the brand’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, segregate, sort and process inbound and outbound shipments accurately.
• Perform scanning, bagging, tagging and labeling of shipments following operational requirements.
• Load and unload shipments from vehicles while ensuring safe handling practices.
• Maintain accurate data entry and update shipment information in operational systems.
• Support shift in‑charges to achieve daily operational targets and assist during peak volumes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th standard pass; fresher or up to 2 years of logistics or warehouse experience.
• Physically fit, able to stand, walk, lift and handle shipments throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic understanding of English for reading labels and instructions.
