About the role

The Operations Staff member ensures smooth handling of shipments from loading to delivery, maintaining accurate documentation and meeting service targets. This role is essential for keeping the supply chain efficient and customer‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Load shipments route‑wise and perform accurate tallying.
• Deliver shipments to customers, collect required paperwork, and obtain customer acknowledgements when applicable.
• Apply correct status codes for undelivered shipments.
• Hand over COD/FOD/DOD and undelivered items to the supervisor on the same day.
• Meet Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) and achieve Service Quality (SQ) targets.
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations according to cut‑off times.
• Verify airway bills and regulatory documents, ensuring package condition is satisfactory.
• In‑scan shipments upon office arrival, enter data into the system, and manage onward connections.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet delivery targets.
