About the role
We are looking for an Operations Staff member to support day‑to‑day activities in Blue Dart’s service centres, hubs, processing units and warehouses. The role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring they move efficiently through the network while meeting safety and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, sort, scan, bag, tag, load and unload shipments.
- Perform shipment reconciliation and accurate data entry.
- Maintain adherence to operational procedures, safety standards and service commitments.
- Support both inbound and outbound shift operations as required.
- Travel up to 25% between locations.
Required profile
- Front‑line operations mindset with focus on shipment accuracy and productivity.
- Ability to work in shift patterns and handle physical workload.
- Professional conduct representing the Blue Dart brand.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
