Operations Staff – Courier & Cargo

About the role

We are looking for motivated Operations Staff to join our HMH HUB handling courier and cargo activities. The role involves supporting daily shipment processing, ensuring accurate tallying, and maintaining smooth flow of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the receipt, sorting, and dispatch of courier and cargo shipments.
• Perform shipment tallying and verification to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain records and documentation required for each shipment.
• Work flexible shift schedules to meet operational demands.
• Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Basic knowledge of shipment tally processes.
• Willingness to work in shift patterns.
• Minimum education: 10th class pass with required marks sheet.
• Possession of valid Aadhaar and PAN cards.
