About the role
The Operations Staff member will support daily activities at Blue Dart’s service centre in Bhiwandi. Working on inbound and outbound shifts, the role ensures shipments are handled efficiently and accurately throughout the network.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, sort, scan, bag, tag, load and unload shipments.
- Perform shipment reconciliation and data entry tasks.
- Maintain adherence to operational procedures, safety standards and service commitments.
- Ensure shipment accuracy and timely movement across the network.
- Support shift in‑charge with daily operational reporting.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
- Physical stamina for handling packages and operating equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
