Operations Manager – Quick Commerce

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead Lafetch’s 60‑minute fashion delivery engine in Delhi NCR. You will own the end‑to‑end flow of orders from the warehouse to the customer, ensuring speed, accuracy and a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the 60‑minute delivery operations, ensuring orders are processed, packed and dispatched rapidly.
• Monitor daily order flow, identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate and allocate delivery riders based on demand, track their productivity and handle onboarding, scheduling and performance.
• Manage Shiprocket shipments for non‑instant deliveries, track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
• Collaborate with courier partners when required.
• Track key performance metrics such as delivery time, order success rate, failed deliveries and rider utilization.
• Identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements and handle escalations to maintain promised delivery times.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics or quick‑commerce delivery management.
• Proven ability to manage on‑ground rider teams and coordinate logistics partners.
• Familiarity with Shiprocket or similar logistics platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and highly organized execution style.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment.
