Operations Manager – Inventory Valuation & Reporting

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead inventory valuation, accounting and financial reporting for its RBIN entity in Bangalore. You will work closely with senior management and audit teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inventory valuation, accounting entries and financial reporting for the RBIN entity.
• Collaborate with senior management to review and approve postings, providing analytical insights.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors to meet QEC/YES audit requirements and compliance obligations.
• Conduct reviews with controller‑ship organizations to finalize entries.
• Generate business performance reports with key analysis for management reviews.
• Drive process standardisation and operational‑efficiency initiatives within controller‑ship.
• Lead digitisation, automation and AI‑enabled projects to improve finance operations.
• Identify and implement best practices in FP&A and controller‑ship functions.

Required profile

• CA‑Inter, CMA‑Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Approximately 10 years of FP&A experience, including inventory valuation.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and audit teams.
