Operations Executive

About the role

Rajasthan Studio is looking for an Operations Executive to lead community, volunteer, artist liaison and B2B communications. You will be at the centre of every traveller’s journey, from discovery to the moment they leave with a handcrafted souvenir.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, onboard and manage volunteers across multiple cities, matching them to experiences based on availability and strengths.
• Build long‑term relationships with volunteers, providing support, guidance and timely payouts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, coordinating their participation in experiences, B2B activations and events, and ensuring accurate payouts.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email and phone with warmth and efficiency.
• Engage B2B leads (corporates, travel agencies, hotels, event companies) to co‑design customised experience packages and pitch tailored art programmes.
• Attend networking events, travel marts and industry meet‑ups to represent Rajasthan Studio and grow the partnership pipeline.
• Host on‑site experiences, manage bookings end‑to‑end, coordinate logistics with artists and follow up post‑experience.

Required profile

• Passion for travel, culture and hands‑on art experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with volunteers, artists and corporate partners.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple projects, schedules and logistics.
• Comfortable presenting, hosting and pitching to diverse audiences, both locally and internationally.
