Operations Executive – Housekeeping

About the role

As an Operations Executive – Housekeeping you will ensure every Tisya Stays property is guest‑ready at all times. You will lead the housekeeping team, uphold high‑quality standards, and collaborate closely with the operations lead to continuously improve presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end housekeeping operations across all properties.
• Schedule, train, and supervise housekeeping staff on a daily basis.
• Conduct property readiness checks before each guest check‑in.
• Oversee inventory of linen, consumables, cleaning supplies, and amenities.
• Maintain and enforce SOPs to ensure consistent quality.
• Coordinate turnovers and special requests with the operations and guest experience teams.
• Identify and proactively escalate maintenance issues.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
• Background in hotels, resorts, luxury villas, or high‑end stays preferred.
• Strong operational discipline with a sharp eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a housekeeping team.
• Proactive, reliable, execution‑oriented and takes ownership.
• Comfortable managing multiple properties in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills; basic proficiency in English or Hindi is a plus.
