About the role
The Operations Executive will support DP World Cold Chain Logistics in managing day‑to‑day activities of its temperature‑controlled transportation fleet. The role involves coordinating drivers, monitoring vehicle performance and ensuring compliance with fuel and fastag procedures while maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate driver schedules and oversee loading/unloading operations.
- Manage fuel allocation and Fastag usage for the fleet.
- Track vehicle locations and monitor temperature conditions during transit.
- Maintain and update records, prepare reports and relevant documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams and customers via email and phone to resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (any discipline).
- Minimum 1 year experience in temperature‑controlled transportation or similar logistics environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
