Operations Client Partner – French Expert

About the role

The Operations Client Partner – French Expert acts as the primary liaison between French‑speaking clients, commercial teams, and internal operational units. You will ensure smooth delivery of NielsenIQ data products, maintain data quality, and build trust with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor business‑as‑usual (BAU) deliverables, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
• Communicate any delays, rework, or scope changes to clients and coordinate prioritisation with Customer Support.
• Perform post‑production and pre‑delivery checks, following incident‑management processes and RACI guidelines.
• Lead quality‑assurance activities and resolve operational escalations in partnership with Data Operations and Customer Support.
• Participate in regular operational reviews, root‑cause analyses, and improvement‑plan discussions.
• Drive operational projects, product enhancements, and major global changes, providing technical guidance, risk reporting, and status updates.
• Design operational solutions based on client needs, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proactively propose new database improvements that increase revenue and reduce production costs.
• Prepare and communicate impact analyses for syndicated data at country or category level.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of client‑facing experience in an operations or data‑services environment.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to understand end‑to‑end operational processes and translate business expectations into technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of the local FMCG industry and strong relationship‑management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
