Operations Associate – Student Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join Codingal’s Student Onboarding team. You will be the main point of contact ensuring new and renewed students transition smoothly into our coding programs, while collaborating with parents, teachers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new and renewed students.
• Coordinate class scheduling with parents, teachers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain average onboarding time to guarantee a timely experience.
• Track onboarding progress, flag pending or delayed cases and generate regular reports.
• Assist the team in refining operational workflows and enhancing the overall student experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work the 2 PM – 11 PM shift and take one weekday off.
