Operations Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Associate to support smooth operational workflows across vendor management, finance, and logistics functions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely processing of payments, accurate data reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain efficient operational processes.
• Oversee vendor payment cycles, ensuring timely processing, tracking, and reconciliation of transactions.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Support catalog management, pricing accuracy, and operational data maintenance across systems.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to resolve daily operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation for business tracking and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.
• Communicate effectively in English and Hindi to manage stakeholder coordination and issue resolution.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational discrepancies and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive problem‑solver capable of handling operational discrepancies promptly.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Data analysis and MIS reporting.
