Operational Specialist – End‑to‑End Order Management

About the role
We are looking for an Operational Specialist to own the complete order lifecycle – from sourcing to delivery and installation – ensuring every order is fulfilled flawlessly across India.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end order flow, coordinating sourcing, logistics, and on‑site installation.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for fulfillment, logistics scheduling, and installation processes.
- Coordinate with vendors nationwide to guarantee timely delivery and service quality.
- Handle urgent 9 pm fire‑drill situations and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication and vendor‑management skills.

- Competitive salary range (₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month).
- Full‑time, onsite position in Kochi, Kerala.
