Operation Theatre Staff (OT) – Full-time

About the role

The Anushka’s Super Specialty Eye Hospital in Bhiwandi is seeking a dedicated Operation Theatre (OT) Staff member to support daily surgical activities. This full-time, onsite position works from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and offers exposure to cutting‑edge robotic technology in eye care.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operation theatre environment for eye surgeries.
• Conduct autoclaving and fumigation of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilisation cycles, instrument inventories, and patient details.
• Assist medical teams during procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and supply teams to guarantee a sterile and well‑stocked OT.

Required profile

• Graduate degree preferred; candidates with BSc, DMLT or pharmacy background are given priority.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an operation theatre or related medical setting.
• Willingness to undergo a one‑month training program.
