On‑site Caretaker Couple – Housekeeping & Property Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated caretaker couple to live on‑site and manage the day‑to‑day operations of one of our premium vacation‑rental properties in North Goa. You will ensure the property is always guest‑ready, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and support guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Prepare rooms before guest arrivals and manage check‑ins/check‑outs.
• Assist guests with basic requests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Monitor the property, report maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Maintain overall hospitality, hygiene, and property standards.

Required profile

• Couple willing to reside on‑site (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, homestays, or property management.
• Basic English communication; Hindi essential, Konkani or Marathi a plus.
• Friendly, responsible, honest, and guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and handle daily operational tasks.
• Immediate availability preferred.
